Clipping path is done when any photograph or image needs it’s background to be changed. Whatever the original background is, that can be replaced by any colour or photograph. CPS uses only Photoshop pen tool other than magic wand tool or anything else. As a result, edge of the image remains very smooth and sharp like original and for that nobody will understand, that the background has been changed.
Image Masking (Hair Masking/ Transparent Masking)
Masking is necessary to knockout the background of some particular images, which are not possible using only Photoshop pen tool. Masking is done for the kind of images, which have blur edge, transparent glass/ plastic and very thin portion, like flying hair (etc).
